Product Description
1. Superior power performance
For pure electric models, they are equipped with CATL high-power and high-energy-density batteries, matched with Eaton AMT transmission. They have fast start-up and acceleration, with 0-30km/h acceleration time < 15s, strong climbing ability, and a maximum climbing gradient of not less than 30%. Hybrid models are equipped with high-power charging technology, which can be fully charged in 0.5 hours. The hybrid driving range can reach more than 700km, and they can switch between hybrid and pure electric modes, and can recover energy during downhill and braking.
2. Outstanding loading capacity
The box has a large volume, with common specifications such as 14 cubic meters. It is made of high-strength weather-resistant steel plates, featuring light weight, good reliability, strong corrosion resistance, and high garbage compression rate. At the same time, some models are equipped with liftable airbag suspension, which does not affect the chassis height and can cope with operations at different platform heights, facilitating garbage loading.
3. High compression efficiency
It adopts the backpressure bidirectional compression function of bulldozers and scrapers, with a compression ratio of more than 1:2.5. The daily garbage volume after compression can reach more than 600-800kg/m³, which can effectively increase the garbage loading capacity and reduce the number of transports.
4. Convenient and comfortable operation
Equipped with AMT transmission, the shifting is smooth, and the driving comfort is high. The operation control boxes are respectively located in the control room and at the rear of the vehicle, allowing operations such as pushing and unloading materials. Operators can complete unloading at the garbage landfill without getting off the vehicle.
5. Reliable safety performance
The overall design of the vehicle is equipped with more than a dozen safety protection measures, such as emergency stop buttons on both sides of the vehicle body and interlocking of front and rear control buttons. At the same time, there is a hydraulic automatic locking device between the box and the filler, and special CR neoprene triple sealing strips are used to ensure no sewage leakage and eliminate secondary pollution.
6. Low maintenance cost
The core components adopt a modular design, making maintenance and replacement convenient. The motor system is maintenance-free for life, and the AMT transmission is maintenance-free for 400,000 kilometers, which reduces the vehicle's maintenance cost and downtime, and improves operational efficiency.

With pure electric or hybrid design, the motor drive achieves zero emissions, which is clean and environmentally friendly.
