Component Inspection Standards
The company attaches great importance to the quality management of components, strictly controls the access standards for suppliers, conducts design verification and production verification tests in accordance with enterprise standards, and each type of component undergoes multiple rounds of screening, evaluation, and access verification. At the same time, the company continuously improves component inspection standards, formulates technical requirements for galvanized coatings of purchased parts, and further optimizes the drawings of purchased parts to ensure the institutionalization and standardization of inspection work for installed components.

Vehicle Quality Inspection Standards
SHACMAN has formulated the "General Technical Conditions for SHACMAN Trucks and Chassis", which stipulates the main technical requirements, test methods, and inspection rules for trucks and chassis, covering models such as cargo trucks, dump trucks, tractors, and special-purpose vehicles. In addition, the entire vehicle undergoes mandatory certification inspections (including the "3C" certification for automobile products specified by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, environmental protection testing, and safety compliance testing for operating vehicles, etc.) as well as reliability and durability tests to ensure the stability of the vehicle during long-term use.

Compulsory Maintenance
It is a measure that requires customers to go to SHACMAN service stations for maintenance according to specified items within the limited mileage during the running-in period of new vehicles. The purpose is to eliminate harmful impurities such as wear particles and burrs generated during the initial operation of the vehicle, as well as the loosening of various connectors caused by the initial operation, so as to remove hidden dangers, improve vehicle reliability, keep the vehicle in the best working condition, extend the service life of the vehicle, and safeguard the economic interests of customers and the reputation of SHACMAN products.
Vehicles must undergo compulsory maintenance at an authorized SHACMAN service station when the mileage reaches 3,000-5,000 km or within 3 months from the date of purchase.

Regular Maintenance
After a new vehicle has completed compulsory maintenance, it needs to be maintained at a SHACMAN service station every certain mileage in accordance with the regular maintenance items. The main content of regular maintenance is inspection, maintenance and elimination of hidden dangers to reduce vehicle failures.
