Shacman X6000 Tractor Head Achieves EU Certification for Strength

Recently, the Shacman Delong X6000 platform 4X2 tractor head has successfully passed the EU Whole Vehicle Type Approval (WVTA) and obtained the certification certificate. This marks that Shacman has secured the "golden key" to enter the sales and registration markets of 27 EU countries, achieving a key breakthrough in the in-depth advancement of its global strategy.
As a mandatory product certification for the EU market, the WVTA covers over 40 regulatory test items and production conformity supervision requirements, spanning key areas including active safety, passive safety, exhaust emissions, noise control, and CO₂ emissions.
The Shacman Delong X6000 demonstrated its all-round technological advantages during the certification process. It not only passed conventional rigorous tests such as cab crash testing, brake system performance assessment, and Euro 6 emission standards with flying colors, but also achieved the hard-core milestone of being the first domestic model to comply with the R131/02 series of regulations, meeting the EU’s advanced requirements for commercial vehicle Advanced Emergency Braking Systems (AEBS).
In the meantime, this model fully satisfies the EU’s latest regulatory requirements for advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), including cybersecurity, software updates, Intelligent Speed Assistance (ISA), Attention Divergence Warning (ADDW), and Driver Drowsiness and Attention Warning (DDAW).
Moving forward, the company will take this certification as a springboard to drive product technology iteration and upgrading.
