Adopting a steel-aluminum composite battery frame and a highly integrated 11.5t centralized electric drive axle, the vehicle integrates the motor, controller and transmission system into one unit, eliminating redundant components including traditional gearboxes and drive shafts. While maintaining structural strength of the frame and suspension, the curb weight is reduced to 9,500kg, over 500kg lighter than equivalent models on the market, setting a new benchmark for lightweight heavy-duty tractors.

Advanced Power-Saving Technology for Ultimate Energy Efficiency

As an energy-efficient new energy tractor, the H6000E is equipped with a full intelligent power-saving system and multiple cutting-edge energy-saving technologies. It is fitted with the TZ230XSHD006 permanent magnet synchronous motor, with a rated power of 400kW and a peak power of 520kW, delivering strong power output with precise energy consumption control.
It adopts innovative adaptive kinetic energy recovery technology for commercial vehicles, realizing optimal air-electric power distribution based on real working conditions with priority on electric braking. Compared with conventional superimposed air-electric recovery systems in the industry, its energy recovery rate is improved by 5%, saving users 10,800 RMB in annual electricity costs alone.
Meanwhile, grouped control of electronic fans, intelligent PI regulation of electric compressors and waste heat recovery technologies reduce auxiliary power consumption. Overall vehicle energy consumption is cut by 1.5%, bringing an additional annual operational cost saving of around 3,000 RMB. Its energy consumption reaches as low as 1.25kWh per kilometer, 8% lower than competing products, making every kilowatt-hour of electricity fully utilized.

Different from rear-mounted battery designs of traditional oil-to-electric converted vehicles, the H6000E features horizontal underbody battery arrangement. Powered by a 400.61kWh CATL lithium iron phosphate battery, it effectively lowers the vehicle center of gravity, enhancing driving stability and safety, while optimizing cabin space and passing performance.
Supporting both charging and battery-swapping modes, the vehicle adapts to diverse logistics scenarios. With energy consumption of 1.25kWh/km, it achieves a stable range of over 400 kilometers, fully satisfying medium-short distance logistics and internal yard transfer operations. It thoroughly solves common industry pain points of slow energy replenishment and insufficient range of new energy heavy Trucks.
Besides outstanding lightweight and power-saving advantages, the H6000E excels in driving comfort and intelligence. It is equipped with an extended high-roof flat-floor cab, full-floating suspension and air-cushioned shock-absorbing seats to relieve driver fatigue during long-distance travel. Standard configurations include power windows, electric rearview mirrors, cruise control, automatic air conditioning and a multifunctional steering wheel for an improved driving experience.
For active safety, the vehicle is equipped with ABS anti-lock braking system and full pneumatic braking. Combined with the low center of gravity from underbody batteries, overall driving safety is greatly enhanced to fully protect drivers and cargo.
