1. Order Matching and Compliance Certification

Vehicle customization is completed in accordance with overseas order requirements (e.g., engines adapted to local emission standards, right-hand drive modification, etc.). Meanwhile, documents including Export License, Certificate of Origin (CO), and destination country certification documents (e.g., COC Certification for Africa) are processed simultaneously.

Relying on its service network covering over 140 countries, SHACMAN verifies the policies of the destination country in advance (such as chassis size requirements for the Central Asian market and environmental protection standards for Southeast Asia) to ensure the vehicles comply with import regulations.

2. Inland Transportation to Export Port

Specialized commercial vehicle transporters (carrying 2-3 heavy-duty Trucks per vehicle) are used to ship vehicles from SHACMAN's production base (Xi'an) to coastal ports (e.g., Dongguan Port, Shanghai Port). The vehicle status is tracked in real-time via GPS throughout the entire journey.

Upon arrival at the port, the vehicles enter the customs-supervised yard. Documents such as the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and Factory Certificate of Conformity are submitted to complete the in-yard registration.

The port team formulates a reinforcement plan based on the characteristics of heavy-duty Trucks. The "net pre-tightening + four-point balanced hook" technique is used to secure the tires, and protective pads are added to vulnerable parts of the cab and chassis.

After container loading is completed, customs seals are affixed. Information such as seal numbers and container numbers is recorded, and details of the reinforcement are photographed simultaneously for record-keeping.
